What you will be doing
* As a Sales Negotiator, you will need to have a positive approach to handling a wide variety of enquiries, which makes this a very interesting and rewarding working environment.
* You will play a pivotal role in selling and negotiating properties across Liverpool.
* Your responsibilities will include booking viewings, valuations, mortgage appointments, and sales progression duties.
* Providing the highest level of customer service to all clients.
* To excel in this role, you’ll need to be confident in speaking with a variety of property owners and understanding the residential property market.
