Salary: £32,000 per annum
Hours Per week: 40 hours per week

About the Nursery:
Offers care and education for children up to the age of five years. It also provides a breakfast and after school club, as well as a holiday club, for children from the neighbouring Dodford First School. Children at the nursery are cared for by fully qualified, experienced staff, in a stimulating environment where children can thrive and reach their full potential physically, emotionally, and academically.

The role of a Nursery Manager within the Nursery involves:
* Managing budgets, marketing, occupancy levels and KPI’s.
* Preparing for Ofsted inspections.
* Assisting in the recruitment of nursery staff, manage inductions, supervisions, and appraisals.
* Leading the team and support in EYFS planning and looking at reflective practice.
* Managing staff rotas and staff meetings.
* Ensuring children’s observations, assessment and development records are maintained.
* Having lead responsibility of Safeguarding and Health & Safety, ensuring all staff follow policy and procedures.
* Working in partnership with parents forming caring and trusting relationships.
* Liaising with the Local Authorities and other professionals associated with the nursery.
To be considered for the role of Nursery Manager you will have:
* Level 3 (or above) childcare qualification
* Good knowledge of the EYFS
* Previous leadership experience (Senior Room Leader, Deputy Manager)
* Ability to motivate, inspire and lead a small team.
* Friendly, approachable, and positive attitude
