The Best Connection are currently recruiting for an Admin & Weighbridge Coordinator based in the Hartlepool area for a well established company.
Responsibilities -
1. Providing assistance in the administration of all aspects of depot activities
2. Oversee weighbridge operations as and when needed.
3. Recording all materials in and out of the site and data entry.
4. Recording of site absence, holidays and ingoing and outgoing post activities
5. Deal with incoming telephone enquiries in a friendly and professional manner
6. Ensure the Company’s weighbridge procedures are adhered to at all times
7. Control site purchase order systems
8. Co-ordinate with yard personnel to ensure the correct processing of all loads.
9. Liaison with customers, lorry drivers, contractors and any other visitors to the company who may call at the weighbridge
10. Ensure compliance by all staff, contractors and visitors to the site with the Company Health and Safety Policy
11. Control purchases of consumables – PPE, stationary and office maintenance
12. Ensure site accounting records are kept accurate and up to date,

Hours Of Work
22. 08:00 am till 16:30 pm
23. Monday to Friday
Pay Rates
24. £11.47 per hour
25. 40 hours paid per week
