Tradition is currently seeking to appoint a Training Facilitator to be based within the London office.
Main responsibilities within the Training Facilitator position include:
* Deliver engaging training programs tailored to the needs of the organization and its employees, ensuring alignment with business goals.
* Facilitating interactive training sessions (in-person, virtual, or blended) that actively engage with participants.
* Assess learner needs through surveys, interviews, and performance reviews.
* Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
* Provide ongoing coaching and support to participants post-training, ensuring application.
* Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the training content is accurate, relevant, and up to date with current best practices.
* Maintain and update training materials regularly to reflect new developments.
* Foster a positive learning environment, building rapport with participants and encouraging a culture of continuous learning and development.
Key skills, experience and competencies required to be successful in this role:
* Proven experience in delivering engaging and effective training sessions to diverse audiences, both in-person and virtually.
* Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and tailor content to different learning styles.
* Experience in facilitating both group and one-on-one learning experiences, ensuring participants are engaged and able to apply what they’ve learned.
* Familiarity with various training methods and tools.
