A fantastic new opportunity has become available for a bright and ambitious university graduate to join a renowned global events management agency based in Richmond as an Event Administrator. This unique role offers tremendous growth and development potential within the company, with the added bonus of international travel to destinations in Asia, Central Europe, and the United States. Who you are:
* You will hold a university degree or equivalent
* Possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Have superior multi-tasking and organisational skills
* Proficiency using Microsoft Office, more specifically, Word and Excel
* Demonstrate strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills
* Previous administration experience is desired but not essential
What you will do
* Coordinating event logistics such as times, dates, fights, and visa requirements
* Draft and prepare event invitations/content
* Create and organise event-specific spreadsheets/databases for tracking and coordination
* Edit and manage content on event registration websites
* Act as the primary point of contact for delegates
* Collect, organise, and process all delegates responses
* Address logistical inquiries from delegates regarding travel, accommodation, and attendance
