Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Senior to join our vibrant Audit team at William Glyn Recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare financial statements and tax computations for complex audit assignments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Project manage the financial reporting process for our growing client base, coordinating with clients and stakeholders to meet deadlines.
* Communicate effectively with clients directly to request information and resolve queries, providing exceptional customer service.
* Identify opportunities to improve client reporting and taxation, considering their needs for specialist advisory work.
* Submit approved financial statements and statutory tax returns on time, maintaining high standards of quality.
* Provide training and coaching to support junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and development.
Requirements
* Fully or part-qualified with ACCA/ACA, demonstrating strong technical understanding of accounting standards.
* Experience preparing charity accounts is desirable, showcasing expertise in this area.
* Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong communication skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
