Title Checker (Conveyancing) - Bedford - £30k - £32k per annum plus company benefits
Our client is a well-established legal firm based in the Bedford area; due to their continued success, they are expanding their team and recruiting for an experienced Title Checker.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Dealing with all aspects of a purchase transaction, focusing on reporting to the client and raising legal enquiries on all residential tenures.
2. Check and report on all search results.
3. Highlighting to case handlers when to report any matters required to the lender.
4. Liaising with the conveyancing teams and providing them with information and assistance for complex transactions as they arise.
5. Assisting the conveyancing teams, including dealing with replies to enquiries, management packs, mortgage offers, and searches.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Experience within a similar role is essential.
2. A strong attention to detail, hardworking, with the ability to use their own initiative and work within tight deadlines.
3. Demonstrable knowledge and experience of the conveyancing process.
4. Excellent team player.
