Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, a medical manufacturing business, to recruit a temporary Receptionist. Based in Newtownards, excellent hourly rate, full-time hours. The Receptionist will act as the first point of contact for visitors in their Newtownards office. It will be their responsibility to ensure a positive, friendly and professional environment is created. They will complete a range of administrative tasks including booking travel and accommodation, supporting key members of the management team, preparing meeting rooms, dealing with routine enquiries and organising mail. The right person for this role should be passionate about providing excellent customer service and have strong organisation skills. They should have the ability to multitask and have experience working with Microsoft Office packages. They should have a track record of working in a receptionist role within a fast-paced environment. The role offers an hourly rate of £11.50. They will be required to work 8:30-5:00 Monday-Thursday and 9:00-4:00 Friday. The office is based in Newtownards.
