As part of our reception team, you will play a critical role in creating the best first and last impression during the night shift. From booking reservations and welcoming guests on arrival to waving them off at the end of their stay, your efforts will ensure that each guest receives an experience that keeps them coming back again and again. Role Specification: Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a smooth and seamless check-in and check-out experience. Handle reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently and accurately. Answer all phone calls professionally, efficiently, and in a friendly manner. Maintain a polite and thorough demeanour, ensuring all relevant information is received and provided to guests. Assist with guest inquiries and provide information about the property and local attractions. Follow procedures accurately and have a comprehensive understanding of the hotel's and spa's facilities, policies, and procedures. Effectively sell packages and additional treatments to guests. Provide support for other administrative duties as required by the team. Your skills and expertise: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of hotel and spa facilities and services. Ability to follow procedures and maintain accuracy in information provided. Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to upsell and promote additional services. Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus, but not essential. Experience with booking systems is an advantage. Must be available to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays. Further Information: 25.5 hours per week 3 days out of 7 per week Please note that this is a nights role - typical working hours 22:00 - 07:00.
