Responsibilities
:
1. Manage and oversee the financial performance of residential refurbishment, voids, and repair projects.
2. Prepare, review, and finalise financial documentation, including cost plans, budgets, and reports.
3. Lead procurement and tendering processes to secure best value contracts and subcontracts.
4. Build and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
5. Provide robust cost management from project inception through to final accounts.
6. Mentor and guide junior team members (for Senior Quantity Surveyor roles).
What We're Looking For:
7. Proven experience in the construction sector, particularly in residential refurbishments, voids, and repairs.
8. Strong commercial and financial management skills, with an eye for detail and accuracy.
9. Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
10. Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
11. Relevant professional qualifications or working towards membership of RICS (preferred but not essential).
