We are looking to recruit an ambitious Recruitment Administration Resourcer for our Rotherham office. You might be an established Recruitment Administration Resourcer looking for a new opportunity with a new business. You might be an Administrator that is looking to diversify your skills into a recruitment role. What gap personnel will provide you is with all of the tools to be successful.
As a Resourcer, you will be supporting our branch, sourcing candidates for clients across South & West Yorkshire. You will provide general support via candidate sourcing, management, and registrations, whilst upholding the company’s compliance standards at all times. You will be managing recruitment campaigns including the social media pages whilst building strong relationships with the candidates and maintaining the company values at all times.
Your Responsibilities:
* Drafting adverts professionally and compliantly, placing adverts with job centres, job boards, and social media.
* Good commercial awareness and cooperation with the on-site and branch team, gathering leads and market intelligence for consultants.
* Approaching candidates with utmost professionalism and courtesy, maintaining excellent levels of communication throughout the recruitment process.
* Adhering to all internal standards and procedures regarding the interview process and assessments.
* Demonstrating a proactive approach to candidate marketing, paying due care to client requirements when specifying candidates and skill matching.
* Providing excellent customer service via telephone and all e-mail and SMS communications.
* Liaising with the network to gain a good understanding of client-specific requirements and adhering to them.
* Pre-screening candidates, booking candidates in for interviews, ensuring excellent communication throughout, conducting client-specific assessments and inductions, contacting on-site and branch network to seek orders, matching workers to relevant bookings, and booking workers onto contracts.
* Building strong relationships with candidates and the gap network.
* Running recruitment campaigns to include CV searching and ensuring that all recruitment media available are utilized.
* Being multilingual would be an added advantage but not necessary.
What’s Your Return:
* Basic salary up to £24,000pa.
* Full-time hours (37.5 hrs).
* Holiday – 25 Days + Bank Holidays (33 in total). Up to 5 holiday days can be bought per year.
