Central Employment is working with a national organisation highly regarded for providing high-quality care, support, and housing to vulnerable groups across the UK. We are partnering with this client as they take on a large contract from the UK Government. This is a temporary position with potential for extension.
About the Role:
Join our dynamic team supporting individuals and families under a Central Government contract. We are recruiting Welfare Support Co-ordinators to deliver exceptional care and safeguarding for vulnerable families. This role demands cultural sensitivity, empathy, and commitment to outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support to managers and welfare support officers
2. Maintain accurate records for audit purposes
3. Plan and deliver welfare support interventions
4. Coordinate activities and transport for service users
Role Criteria:
1. Proficient in Microsoft Office and database use
2. Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills
3. Excellent planning and coordination abilities
4. Supportive, trustworthy, and empathetic
Requirements:
1. Entitlement to work in the UK
2. Enhanced DBS/Security checks
3. 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Salary: Up to £26,000 per annum for full-time or £16,250 per annum prorated for part-time
Contract: 12-month fixed term with likely extension
