Role Summary
As a Global Talent and Learning Strategist, you will play a key role in driving the talent, leadership and learning agenda at First Sentier Investors. You will work closely with the Chief People and Culture Officer to develop and implement strategies that attract, retain, develop and engage high-performing talent. Your expertise will also be instrumental in designing, delivering and evaluating talent and leadership programs, as well as establishing a learning culture that supports business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide strategic leadership and direction to ensure the successful rollout of our flagship Leadership program, Leadership Fundamentals
* Identify and implement activities to support embedding of learning for the program and assess approach for further phases
* Establish a Leadership Fundamentals Program alumni community
* Work with the CPCO on senior talent and succession management, supporting HRBPs with tools and approaches for ongoing roll out of talent reviews
* Ensure DE&I is considered in all talent and succession management approaches, and consider need for bespoke talent programs, in line with our DE&I strategy
* Provide strategic leadership and line management support to the Talent Acquisition team, working closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead to set out the TA agenda and priorities
Requirements
We are looking for an experienced professional with a proven track record of developing talent strategies and approaches, as well as designing, delivering and evaluating talent and leadership programs. Your experience should include people management, ideally across geographies, as well as strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills. Minimum intermediate experience in using Office 365 software is required.
