Job summary An exciting opportunity for a Clinical Practice Facilitator to support our clinical patient facing staff in practice has become available. The purpose of this role is to ensure theoretical learning is consolidated in practice by competencies sign offs and support. Main duties of the job DCHS are seeking a highly motivated individual who will be enthusiastic about providing an intensive support programme for new and existing staff. You will be an experienced clinician and have excellent communication, IT and clinical skills with the ability to work well within a team and independently. You will have a keen interest for supporting and developing others, using up to date evidence based practice, sharing knowledge and skills to consolidate the theoretical learning into practice.
