Responsibilities
1. Ensure all legislative requirements are adhered to.
2. Ensure all corporate policies and procedures are implemented and complied with.
3. Ensure all services are delivered in line with contractual commitments.
4. Carry out audits and spot checks to confirm service delivery by both direct employees and sub-contractors are of the required quality.
5. Carry out first line management duties with staff including disciplinary and employment processes.
6. Revenue generation from additional work identification.
7. Provide information exchange with on-site customers.
8. Oversee the day-to-day operation and strategic management of the Estate/building on behalf of the client.
Minimum Requirements
1. Recognised and relevant technical or FM qualification.
2. Experience of the Facilities Management marketplace.
3. Experience of first line management.
4. Sound knowledge of service delivery.
5. Supply chain management.
6. Demonstrable experience of budgeting and managing costs.
7. Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and implementation of policies.
