Leading Hand You will be responsible for leading a team of warehouse operatives, ensuring all KPI's and productivity levels are maintained in line with company targets, ensuring all health and safety regulations are adhered to. Your Schedule: Monday- Friday, 6am-2pm Summary of Role Responsibilities: Experience in leading and motivating staff. Be an excellent communicator and motivator with the ability to delegate and empower teams to achieve. Awareness of Health and Safety in the Warehouse. The ability to lead your team to achieve KPI's and objectives to ensure the site operates effectively and efficiently. Ability to co-ordinate work and allocate resources amongst the team. Experience in Warehouse Management Systems would be an advantage. Excellent organisational skills. Willing to work in all area's of the warehouse and prioritise as per operational requirements. Commitment - sees the job through to completion. Be able to cover the Supervisor role when required. Person Specification Qualifications/Experience Essential Experience in a Warehouse environment within a Distribution background. Good organisational skills.
