We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Conveyancer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues. As a Conveyancer, you will be responsible for managing the legal aspects of property transactions, ensuring that all processes are conducted smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
1. Manage the conveyancing process from start to finish.
2. Communicate with clients, estate agents, and other parties involved in property transactions to provide updates and gather necessary information.
3. Conduct property searches and due diligence to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
4. Be able to raise enquiries and do Report on titles.
5. Be able to deal with Freehold, leasehold, Right to Buy and Shared Ownership.
6. Liaise with mortgage lenders and other financial institutions to facilitate transactions.
7. Maintain accurate records of all transactions and correspondence.
8. Utilise IT systems to manage case files and documentation efficiently.
9. Ensure that all deadlines are met, demonstrating excellent time management throughout the conveyancing process.
Experience
1. Proven experience in conveyancing (minimum 1 year).
2. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
4. Proficiency in IT systems relevant to conveyancing practices is advantageous.
5. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
