Position: Learning Support Assistant
Location: Bristol
Pay Rate: GBP90:95 per day
Job Type: Full time/Part time
Start Date: Immediate or after your notice period

Your role:
* Assist the class teacher in delivering effective lessons
* Foster a positive and engaging learning environment
* Provide individual support to facilitate student learning
* Monitor student progress and report the findings to the teacher and parents.
* Adhere to the schools policies and procedures.
Desired qualities and skills:
* Genuine passion towards child development
* Experience in handling special needs children
* Strong communication skills and behaviour management
* A flexible and adaptable mindset
* Proven professional references with clean records
* Enhanced DBS check (we can help with this if you dont have one) and eligibility to work in the UK.
* Driving on own to the school is an advantage
