Service Coordinator, High Wycombe, Salary £25000 - £30000 DOE

A well-established company based in High Wycombe is seeking a Service Coordinator to join them.
Your new role
As the Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
1. Sales Order Processing
o As part of a wider office team, field incoming calls and deal with customer queries.
o Collate orders daily once credit checked before submitting them electronically to transaction for shipping.
o Raise claims with transaction and other couriers when deliveries go wrong, i.e., damages, missing items.
o Process and respond to all internet orders, input orders onto the system, deal with any issues, e.g., products out of stock, delivery delays, etc.
o Liaise with Purchasing on stock planning and where required raise orders for inventory based on incoming sales.
o Co-ordinate with suppliers on issues e.g., SAGE updates and weekly error checks.
2. Digital sales
o Responsible for the company website, maintaining correct pricing and updating content.
o Responsible for internet customers initially with a view to growing a customer base.
o Expand social media presence, contribute to online strategy and interaction with the website.
3. Quality/BRC- Support Role
o Co-ordinate all BRC paperwork, questionnaires, spec sheets, accreditations, etc., from all suppliers, obtain all paperwork required for BRC audit, order, product trails, pods, etc.
o General office sales support.
o Send all parcels & packages from the office by Royal Mail, Blue Sky, or UPS (keep up to date with European transport rules & regs).
o Take in and distribute deliveries from Royal Mail, Blue Sky, or UPS.
o Ensure all machines are set up and ready for sale.
o Maintain stock levels of machinery and transport to and from a safe store when needed.
4. Co-ordinate orders and parts for all business.
5. Process all invoicing for engineer works and consumable sales liaising directly with the team.
Working hours are 09:00-17:30 with 1 hour for lunch.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in applying for the position of Service Coordinator, you will:
* Ideally, have experience in a similar or Administration role - training will be provided.
* Be competent in using MS Office packages and have experience using CRM.
* Have great attention to detail.
* Have a willingness to learn.
