Key responsibilities
1. Lead by example to build an inclusive culture for your colleagues and customers.
2. Coach and train your team to recommend the right finance, products, and installation options for customer projects.
3. Manage people effectively and role model great customer service to support personal growth and development.
4. Oversee the recruitment and induction of installers to ensure the best level of service for customers.
Required skills & experience
1. A natural leader who can motivate and support a team in a fast-paced sales environment.
2. Sharp commercial mind with customer service experience and knowledge of promoting products, services, and installation options.
3. Willingness to expand skills using new technology and champion this with your team.
4. Flexibility to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
