Be the Subject Matter Expert for M365 Purview within the Technology Organisation Help deliver the operationalisation of M365 Purview as we navigate away from demising technologies. Guide the existing technology team as they undertake skills transition from existing technology to M365 Purview Engage with Project Teams and Steering Committees throughout the technology transition. Work closely with Microsoft in order to identify future roadmap features, plan the adoption of upcoming new features alongside the business as well as troubleshoot complex issues related to Microsoft 365 Purview (e.g. eDiscovery issues, data extraction issues, etc) Drive understanding and buy-in for strategic changes and products being deployed globally. Lead the deployments and adoption of new products and components, working closely with global, regional, and business leadership and stakeholders. Be forward thinking, defining ways to adopt the latest technologies and innovations. Integrate into a team that performs sustainable continuous improvement, identifying and removing organisational barriers affecting the team, processes and products owned. Showcase and demonstrate new products, in conjunction with the CTO Colleague and Collaboration leadership teams. Act as a Subject Matter Expert for M365 Purview for technology teams and through regular standups with the Business and Legal. Develop innovative ways to introduce the product using concepts from marketing and branding. Help with the delivery of solutions, coordinating efforts across multiple teams. Develop communication and reporting strategy, coordinate between project teams for progress reviews, key decisions, documentation, and approvals. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: Significant experience in large multinational companies, preferably within Financial Services In-depth knowledge and experience of M365 Purview administration including Data Retention, Data Deletion, Legal Holds, IAR Holds, Modern Attachments and Compliance Boundaries (across multiple data-sets in M365 e.g. Sharepoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online etc) An understanding of how eDiscovery within M365 Purview works, including performance considerations. Experience in managing retention in other platforms, including Enterprise Vault on-premise, is advantageous. Ability to communicate complex ideas simply, using presentations and other comms artefacts. Ability to articulate complex technical issues concisely. Experience working with Regulators, Compliance functions, and Legal Teams. Knowledge and experience of using agile delivery methods and tools.
