Job summary We are looking to welcome a motivated and positive new Band 6 Deputy Ward Manager to cover a one year fixed term vacancy on the Endoscopy Unit. You be will be required to manage the Unit in the absence of the Ward Manager and be able to communicate effectively to all levels. Dealing with day to day issues that may arise such as staff sickness, roster management, mitigation, complaints, incidents, tendable audits, etc. You will also be expected to support the ward manager with governance issues, training and incident management.
