Job Description We are looking for a temporary Customer Service Administrator to join a friendly team in Scarborough on a temporary basis until the end of March 2025. This role is a fantastic opportunity to work with a supportive team, providing excellent service while handling important data. We are looking for an organised, detail-oriented professional with solid IT and data skills who is able to understand locations and coordinates, interpret property or service area maps, or manage data tied to specific geographic areas. Some of the Customer Service Administrator duties will be: Manage data and records, working with Excel and CRM systems Read and interpret maps effectively Support the team with data entry, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data handling Answer phone calls helping with enquiries or directing to the relevant person Requirements: Strong IT skills and confident using Excel Experience working in an Administrative role An eye for detail and a methodical approach to data handling Immediately available ad able to commit to work until March 2025 This will be working Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 4:30pm, with a 30-minute lunch break, earning an hourly rate of £12 per hour.
