Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs). Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback and adapting teaching strategies as necessary. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in SEMH education. Uphold the school's safeguarding policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of all students. Qualifications and Experience: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification. Understanding of Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and effective teaching strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents. Commitment to ongoing professional development. Understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies.
