Key Responsibilities:
Advising clients on all aspects of private client law, including Wills, Trusts, Probate, Estate Planning, and Taxation
Drafting and reviewing complex Wills, Trusts, and Deeds of Variation
Managing estates, including administration, inheritance tax calculations, and liaising with executors and beneficiaries
Providing expert advice on tax planning, asset protection, and family wealth management
Assisting clients with powers of attorney and Court of Protection matters
Maintaining strong relationships with clients and providing excellent service
Developing business and contributing to the growth of the department
