A market leading automotive company is looking for a head of marketing to join their expanding sales and marketing team. This role will be part of the senior management team and report into the board.
This role would be suitable for a forward-thinking, creative, strategic head of marketing with excellent team management skills. Your duties will include:
1. Developing and implementing strategic marketing and promotional plans.
2. Overseeing marketing activities including advertising campaigns, product launches, and promotional events.
3. Conducting market analysis.
4. Managing and analyzing marketing budget and resources.
5. Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.
6. Leading a team of 3 marketing professionals.
7. Monitoring and evaluating marketing campaigns.
8. Collaborating with teams to align marketing with business goals.
You will have the following experience:
1. Marketing degree or equivalent experience in a similar strategic role.
2. Automotive experience is not essential but is very desirable.
3. Strong, current knowledge of marketing trends and competitor analysis.
4. Excellent leadership skills to inspire and motivate the team.
5. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively articulate marketing strategies to stakeholders.
7. Excellent systems experience.
8. Demonstrable track record of successful marketing campaigns.
