Location: Bourn, Cambridgeshire
Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
Salary: GBP27,000 - GBP30,000
I am looking for an Account Manager to join a sociable and friendly team based in Bourn.

What will you be doing in the Account Manager role?
* Offer an exceptional level of customer relations and service.
* Communicating with existing customers to keep them informed about current offers and company news.
* Encouraging sales for the company and nurturing/building relationships.
* Answering customer queries promptly and accurately.
* Managing customer expectations.
* Identifying customer needs to provide effective solutions.
* Processing orders and taking payments.
* Maintaining and updating customer records on the company database.
