About the Role
As a 3rd Keyholder at Claire's, you will be responsible for:
1. Supporting your Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving retail store targets by driving sales.
2. Opening and closing the store in the absence of other management, ensuring it trades safely and legally.
3. Delivering sales through friendly and efficient customer service.
4. Providing a fun and enjoyable shopping experience for customers.
5. Assisting customers with their queries using your product knowledge.
6. Processing store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns, and promotions.
7. Receiving full training for ear piercing.
8. Maintaining a presentable and inviting store environment.

Qualifications - External
About You
* Some high school education required.
* Minimum of 1 year retail experience.
* Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
* Basic computer skills.
* Understanding of the importance of customer service.
* Strong math skills and reading comprehension.
* Ability to stand during shifts.
* Ability to maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally.
* Physical ability to bend, stoop, reach, climb ladders, and step stools.
* Ability to operate POS systems.
