About you:As a CRM Consultant, you provide proactive support and manage the requirements of key stakeholders on a daily basis. You have a solid understanding of the client's overall data structure and the associated activities implemented to drive additional visits and spending. You also stay informed about the broader macro environment in which your clients operate, enabling you to advise on new activities that will enhance CRM results.Building strong relationships with multiple stakeholders for each client, as well as with the Projects Delivery team, is essential to ensure both day-to-day operations and projects are successfully delivered.Day-to-day, you will:• Form first-class relationships with key stakeholders (internal and external) so they see us as a partner and the go-to person for help in all things customer data• Proactively support stakeholders, for example, advising on campaign best practice, multi-channel customer engagement, loyalty mechanics, setting up audiences to target customers, validating data queries and campaign results• Troubleshooting implementation issues to ensure a smooth transition from the build phase to everyday usage• Review CRM performance on a regular basis so the client fully understands the benefit of using the software and the benefit to it delivers• Multi-task- no two clients are the same and whilst you won't have dozens to manage you will need to be able to prioritise their requirements to ensure we deliver the right things at the right time.Your skills and experiences might also include: • Knowledge in CRM and digital marketing is key as we are experts in all things customer data and digital engagement• A working knowledge of excel and being comfortable working with numbers is important as data is at the heart of what we do• Ideal candidate will either come from an agency background or a role where they manage multiple projects at once• Commercial experience is advantageousWhat are we all about?
