Role Overview:
We are recruiting for a MRICS Chartered building surveyor to join our growing team in Norwich. We're looking to speak with newly qualified Surveyors through to experienced Associates.
What you'll be doing:
As a key member of our team, you will be expected to provide the following traditional building surveying services:
1. Dilapidations
2. Party Wall
3. Technical Due Diligence
4. Contract Administration of construction or fit-out projects
5. Building pathology
6. Condition surveys
7. Measured surveys
8. Reinstatement cost assessments
9. Construction monitoring
10. Principal designer role
The Opportunities:
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing team within a people-focused partnership. You will work closely with the Lead Partner for Building Surveying in Norwich, which really does present you with the chance to be in the spotlight and progress your career. Whilst not critical, client relationship experience and business development skills are a bonus and will be proactively encouraged, with training offered as part of your professional development.
The team is supported by a wider network in Oxford, Cambridge, and Milton Keynes.
