Business Development Manager
Salary: 45,000 + bonus
Location: North, East Cambridge
Working Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite)
A leading MSP in North East Cambridge who delivers expert legal and professional services with a client-focused approach, providing strategic insight and tailored solutions across industries, is looking for a Business Development Manager due to a restructure across the business. Working with a database of warm leads, you will drive customer acquisition through account-based marketing and trust transfer strategies.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement account-based marketing strategies to target high-value prospects.
* Build and maintain trust with prospects using trust-transfer techniques.
* Create tailored marketing campaigns to address customer pain points.
* Identify, qualify, and engage key decision-makers within target businesses.
* Collaborate with technical teams to showcase IT solutions, including cybersecurity, cloud services, and infrastructure.
* Manage the sales pipeline, progressing prospects to successful conversion.
Skills & Experience
* Strong knowledge of the MSP/IT B2B technology sector and Microsoft ecosystem.
* 5+ years in a Business Development role, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
* Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
* Familiarity with HubSpot, LinkedIn, GA4, and data-driven decision-making.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and commercial skills.
