We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team based in Buckfastleigh. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award winning team in a full time role, working Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm.
Job Description
What you'll do:
The ideal candidate will perform various administrative tasks to support the crews working from our Wellington depot. As an Contract Administrator, you will ensure efficient order processing, contract management and preparing Invoices / Applications to Clients.
Responsibilities:
Daily administration of Various contracts to include receipting orders via Email from Clients, logging onto Spreadsheets and EDRS and preparing Job Packs for Crews, managing the admin of those contracts. Raising Purchase Orders in the IFS System. Answering the Telephone and liaising with Clients for Work Orders. Preparing Invoiced and Applications for Payments to Clients. Assisting the Contracting Department for daily duties.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For?
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
* Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Knowledge of basic office equipment and systems.
* Previous experience in a similar role within the industry will be an advantage.
The ideal candidate will be familiar with working to deadlines, proactive in their approach and take pride in their work bringing a strong work ethic.

Usual working hours are Monday to Friday, 9-5 however some flexibility is required for peaks in our work flow.
There may be requirement on occasion to travel to our Wellington, Sommerset depot for training purposes.
