What the Job Involves As an Anti-Social Behaviour Officer within the Resident Relationship ASB Team, you will manage referrals for complex and high-risk cases. Your role involves developing clear outcome-based plans and risk management action plans. You will ensure effective coordination and maximize access to a variety of services and interventions for residents in crisis. Key areas include mental health support, addressing domestic abuse, managing harassment or hate crime incidents, and providing guidance for loss and bereavement, as well as substantial debt and financial hardship.
