This is an exciting opportunity to drive marketing strategy and contribute to the creative direction of SU Scotland’s ministry as we seek to engage more children and young people with our ministry. PURPOSE: Reporting to the Creative Director, the Head of Marketing will play a leading role in the creation, planning and implementation of a marketing strategy for SU Scotland. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Create a marketing strategy for SU Scotland Plan and deliver creative marketing and publicity campaigns, leading to increased levels of ministry activity Drive content marketing strategy around new online channels and Bible engagement resources Develop and manage the SU Scotland brand Provide ongoing marketing consultancy and advice to ministry leaders across SU Scotland Participate fully in the life and ministry of Scripture Union Scotland. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: We are seeking an exceptionally creative individual who has demonstrable leadership and marketing expertise. Previous experience of creating strategic plans for marketing delivery is essential. The successful applicant will be able to build constructive working relationships across all levels of the organisation and have excellent written communication, editorial and presentation skills.
