Theatre Practitioner Band 6 - ODP/RN
** £1500 New starter premium**
The Queen Victoria Hospitalare looking for experienced Operating Department Practitioners/Theatre Nurses. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual to further develop leadership skills in a forward thinking team, striving to provide a high standard of care to our patients.
You will have vision and leadership qualities that will contribute to a safe, productive, efficient team.
You must:
• Be NMC/HCPC registered
• Have significant post graduate experience
• Happy to train and develop
• Excellent communication skills, along with being organised and can showcase excellent patient care
If you are successfully appointed to this role and complete a 6 month probationary period you will be eligible for a two stage New Starter Premium of £1500 in total.
The post holder will lead the team and facilitate the provision of a coordinated, high quality service in the following surgical specialities:
• Major head and neck reconstructive surgery
• Maxillofacial Surgery
• Plastic Surgery including major reconstruction
• Hand surgery
• Ophthalmics, including corneal grafts
• Burns for reconstructive surgery
• Trauma
