Wood Transmission & Distribution Ltd is seeking a Senior Quality Advisor in England, inviting applications from experienced Quality Advisors and/or seasoned Senior Quality Advisors with expertise in Overhead Lines, Underground Cabling, and Civils, as well as Quality Auditor qualifications, to support quality management activities across various electricity transmission and distribution projects in the UK, with flexible hybrid working options available. The successful candidate will promote the application of quality principles and management systems to enhance delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction while mitigating risks, ensuring compliance with quality policies, and facilitating continuous improvement through data-driven decisions and proactive engagement with quality leaders. LI-Hybrid The Role Supporting the Lead Advisor or Quality Manager, you will ensure that quality activities are carried out efficiently and promptly. Your responsibilities will include aiding in the implementation, upkeep, monitoring, and reporting of the status of quality management systems and activities. This will help ensure that actions are executed successfully, and potential business risks are addressed to prevent any adverse impacts. In this role, you will be offering Quality support for multiple electricity transmission and distribution projects across a region of the UK as Transmission & Distribution Ltd have works under various frameworks nationwide. We envisage for the foreseeable that the successful applicant would be supporting our clients ENW and NGED. Travel may be required, and the position offers flexibility, allowing the successful candidate to work from any of Wood's UK offices and have a hybrid working arrangement based out of our Knutsford or Darlington offices. Demonstrated Quality experience (in relevant industry such as Overhead Lines, Underground Cabling, and Civils environment) and a Quality Auditor qualification by recognised industry body are preferable.
