Major Projects Senior Estimator - Hybrid
AtkinsRéalis currently have an exciting position for a Senior Estimator to join the Major Projects team within our Nuclear & Power EMEA business.
The role will suit someone with a strong estimating background who is keen to work on proposals for some of the most exciting and transformative projects in the UK nuclear industry, reducing carbon emissions whilst achieving future energy security. These projects will span across areas including new nuclear power station design, developing fusion technologies, and implementing new nuclear waste management processes.

What you will bring:
1. Recognised expertise and experience in cost estimating. Experience within the nuclear industry would be ideal, although it's not essential and we would welcome any insights or learnings you can bring from other industries.
2. The ability to produce and clearly present presentations, suitable for the applicable audience.
3. Proficient using estimating principles to help guide other functions' decision making to improve project financial performance and reduce risk.
4. Knowledge and experience of using estimating software packages and creating custom spreadsheets for cost monitoring and reporting. Power BI experience would be beneficial but not essential.
