As an ISO-accredited business, our client is committed to maintaining and improving processes and is keen to appoint an experienced HSE Manager to manage their HSE function at their Chesterfield site.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HSE Process Implementation and Improvement: Develop and enhance HSE processes to ensure the highest safety standards.
2. Employee Training: Conduct training sessions to educate employees on health, safety, and environmental protocols.
3. Incident Investigation: Investigate incidents and accidents in accordance with company procedures to prevent recurrence.
4. Site Audits: Perform regular site audits to ensure compliance with HSE regulations and identify areas for improvement.
5. Collaborative Process Improvement: Work closely with line managers to drive improvements and foster a culture of safety.
Ideal Candidate:
1. Manufacturing Experience: Background in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
2. Hands-On Approach: Practical and proactive in managing health and safety on-site.
3. ISO System Management: Familiarity with maintaining and developing ISO systems (9001, 45001).
4. Internal Audit Experience: Experience in conducting internal audits.
Role Details:

2. Schedule: Monday to Friday
