Little Nest, a brand-new preschool in Mumbai, is seeking dynamic, experienced Nursery/Reception teachers to join our team. Opening in Sepetember 2024, looking for experienced teachers to join the programme over next year.
This exciting new venture is part of the prestigious Dhirubhai Ambani International School in Mumbai.
About Little Nest
Little Nest is a unique preschool that serves as both an educational and community hub for children aged 6 months to 8 years. We offer a nurturing and stimulating environment that blends the structured benefits of a preschool with the vibrant activities of a community club. Our goal is to foster children's development through diverse, engaging activities and classes, all framed as extracurricular clubs to ensure a high teacher-to-student ratio and personalised attention. Role
As a teacher at Little Nest, you will be part of a diverse team of Indian and expatriate educators. You will develop and implement lesson plans under the leadership of a dynamic Headteacher, following the EYFS curriculum.
Responsibilities will include:
- Creating lesson plans for children across all age groups, with activities tailored to each age.
- Ensuring a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes children's development.
- Collaborating with other teachers to provide a holistic and enriching experience for our students.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Nursery/ Reception setting.
- PGCE/IPGCE qualified or degree in Child Development or Early Years.
- Experience with Montessori or Reggio Emilia approaches or CACHE Level 3 and above.
