Requirements of the Teaching Assistant: A degree in Education, Psychology, or a similar discipline is highly beneficial. Essential experience working with children in a classroom setting or as a Teaching Assistant. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, paired with a caring and patient demeanour. Ability to manage classroom dynamics and support students. A proactive attitude and willingness to contribute to a positive learning environment.
