We can offer excellent line management, an experienced team of class based and one-to-one LSA’s ready to share their knowledge, skills and expertise, plus wonderful children with a real enthusiasm for learning A knowledge of the primary day and some interventions would be helpful as would an interest in specific learning needs of children. Whilst desirable, these are not essential as we are willing to train the right candidates for the role. The successful candidate must be flexible, able to manage their time and workload, be highly professional and have a track record of excellent attendance and appropriate literacy skills. You will need to have grade C or above (or equivalent) in Maths and English and a high standard of both written and spoken literacy.
