Job description: Mller Yogurt & Dessertsis the UKs leading yogurt manufacturer responsible for major brands like Mllerlight, Mller Corner and Mller Rice. It produces chilled desserts under licence from Mondelez International and supplies the UK private label yogurt market from a dedicated, state of the art yogurt facility. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Unit Maintenance Leader to oversee and execute maintenance and improvement activities. This role is crucial in ensuring the continuous delivery of manufacturing service levels through effective reactive maintenance and adjustments. Why join Muller Yogurts and Desserts? Implement the Muller Production System within the unit. Delegate maintenance tasks across the unit team. Respond to reactive maintenance requests promptly. Withdraw parts from stores and log withdrawals in the SAP system for automatic reordering. Complete all line manager tasks associated with the respective shift team. Key skills & experience Technical college degree or equivalent. Knowledge in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, and general engineering maintenance. Strong problem-solving skills and self-direction. Personal drive and adaptability. Effective team-working and leadership abilities. Integrity and effective communication skills. Experience in leading and developing a team.
