My client is a leading local business with over 25 years’ experience of designing, supplying and installing high-quality air ventilation and heat recovery systems to both the domestic housing sector and light commercial market. Their customer focused approach has seen them become a trusted partner to many contractors, developers, self-builders and social housing organisations across Northern Ireland and beyond.
They now seek to recruit a Scheduler / Operations Coordinator to oversee and manage the setting of service appointments, installations and maintenance call outs. This role ensures that field technicians and installation crews are efficiently coordinated whilst maintaining a high quality service to customers.
Role will involve: -
- Scheduling of service appointments and installation work.
- Communicate with customers to confirm appointment times.
- Manage resources and plan stock to fulfil scheduled jobs.
- Monitor team schedules to maximise efficiency and minimise downtime.
- Maintain accurate records on company systems, ensuring all work orders are up-to-date and correctly logged.
- Act as the main point of contact for field technicians and customers.
- Monitor service delivery times, team efficiency and customer satisfaction.
You will have the following: -
- Have strong organisation skills with good attention to detail.
- Be a multi-tasker who enjoys working to deadlines.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate sound problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Be IT proficient and experienced in MS Word, Excel etc.
- Having a geographical knowledge of NI is an advantage.
Ideally, you’ll have 2+ years’ experience in scheduling, dispatch or operations co-ordination; preferably in the HVAC, ventilation or construction industries.
Starting salary of £30,000 plus bonuses. Hours of work are Mon-Fri 9-5pm or 8-4pm from smart offices near Castlewellan. 28 days holiday, pension. Retirement Plan Options. Health, dental, and vision insurance. Office-based with some remote / hybrid coordination options.
