A taste of what you'll be getting up to:
1. You'll be the vice-captain of a fantastic team, helping them deliver legendary Pieminister experiences for every guest.
2. From helping to select & develop the team to ensuring our pies are perfectly golden, you'll help to keep things running smoothly & efficiently.
3. You'll be a champion for our customers, resolving any issues with a smile & a genuine love of great service.
4. Numbers are your friend! With support from the General Manager, you'll help us keep track of the all-important sales & stock, making sure we're always well-stocked with pies and cocktails.
5. You'll learn how to train new members of the team, share your pie knowledge & help to keep everyone up to speed on the latest Pieminister goings-on.

5. An additional 10% of annual salary in bonuses. (Quarterly Performance Bonus: up to 7.5% of salary & Annual Business Performance Bonus: up to 2.5% of salary).
