This junior position is based in Liverpool and offers immense potential for growth and development within the customer accounts team. If you have a passion for customer service, data analysis, and administrative tasks, this could be the perfect opportunity for you to kick-start your career Location: Liverpool Type: Permanent, Monday-Friday schedule Salary: £30k per annum Responsibilities: Assist senior account managers with customer enquiries, contract sales, and data analysis Coordinate various reports, including commercial, financial, and credit reporting Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong customer relationships Work closely with the Head of Customer Accounts to address customer issues Collaborate with the customer accounts team to drive customer satisfaction and maximise efficiencySkills and Experience: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Detail-oriented with strong analytical and numerical skills Self-motivated and commercially driven Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Fluent in English (written and spoken) Educated to degree level or equivalentDesirable Experience: Working knowledge of SAP Possession of a driving licence Previous experience in an office environment Degree in business, economics, mathematics, or a similar fieldWhy Join Our Team?
