Benefits Consultant – Europe- Manchester based- Up to £120k

What You’ll Do:
* Design and Deliver Benefits: Develop and maintain competitive benefits and wellbeing programs, ensuring compliance with local laws and internal policies.
* Lead Vendor Processes: Manage annual renewals and vendor relationships to negotiate the best value. Support implementation projects and vendor transitions.
* Strategic Insights: Analyse utilisation and market trends to refine offerings, addressing gaps and aligning with business needs.
* Expert Support: Provide consultation to employees, HR teams, and leadership on benefits-related topics.
* Drive Engagement: Lead communication strategies to improve transparency, accessibility, and alignment with DEI goals.
What You’ll Bring:
* Proven experience in benefits design and management, with expertise in UK pensions and broader European benefits.
* Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and handling confidential matters.
Qualifications:
* At least 5 years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in benefits-focused roles.
* Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
