Axiom Learning is looking for motivated sales reps to sell our transformative software products to K-12 School districts. Founded by Harvard alumni, Axiom has built software tools for students who tend to struggle the most in schools - particularly kids with identified learning challenges such as ADHD, Dyslexia, Autism, Executive Functioning Deficit and the like. We are getting tremendous traction in selling our software and curricula to K-12 schools and expect 10x growth in the coming year.
Your role will primarily involve selling our innovative digital curricula and assessments to K-12 districts within a defined geography. You will be a key player in expanding our footprint, impacting student lives, and shaping the future of education.
Key Responsibilities:
* Generate new business and manage relationships with top school district officials.
* Partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience from sales to implementation.
* Achieve and exceed sales quotas and business objectives.
* Collaborate closely with the sales leadership to refine sales strategies and operations.
Requirements
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
* Experience selling digital educational products to K-12 School Districts in the US - ideally working with Superintendents and Deputy Superintendents
* Experience with Special Education is a plus (though not a requirement)
* Evidence of longevity in their prior sales roles.
* Have been the top salesperson at a previous firm within the last 3 years.
* Ideally have experience working in a school district or K-12 educational setting
* Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* High level of integrity, industriousness, and passion for transforming education.
* Exceptional time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
* Requires travel

Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: $75-100k (based on experience and location) + uncapped commissions
