The Role
The Head of Food Supply is responsible for overseeing the entire food supply chain process to sites, ensuring efficient sourcing, procurement, distribution, and inventory management from source. This key leadership role requires expertise in managing food supply, central kitchen management, maintaining cost-effective procurement strategies, and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality products to meet operational needs. The Head of Food Supply will be a part of the Jerk Junction Head Office team and work closely with the Head of Site Operations for the production, availability of goods, logistics, and quality assurance for sites to deliver the best guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
1. Manage inventory levels to ensure that supply meets demand without overstocking or experiencing shortages.
2. Oversee the logistics and distribution of goods to ensure timely delivery to various sites.
3. Develop and manage budgets in collaboration with the Managing Director to maximize profits and achieve the best gross profit for dishes.
4. Manage a team that includes chefs, drivers, and team members in the central kitchen.
5. Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth supply for all ad hoc events.
6. Produce and develop a master production schedule to control production effectively.
7. Participate in weekly review meetings to ensure effective management of the central kitchen and maintain clear communication with sites.
8. Take a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
