We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse RGN specializing in Neuro Rehab to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
Assess and monitor patients' neurological conditions and recovery progress
Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Educate patients and their families about care procedures and rehabilitation processes
Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records
Assist with mobility and physical rehabilitation exercises
Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and treatment adjustments
Requirements
Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification with a valid NMC pin
Previous experience in neuro rehabilitation or a related field
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Compassionate approach to patient care and advocacy
Flexibility to adapt to varying patient needs and work schedules
Hours Per Week:
Start Time: 19:30
End Time: 08:00
Pay Per Hour: £25.00
Location: Newmains, Wishaw
