About the Role: As Cellar and Logistics Staff, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our beverage services and logistical support for events. From managing stock and supplies to ensuring bars and service areas are fully equipped, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering top-notch service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with the setup and breakdown of bars, cellars, and service areas before and after events
* Manage stock levels and ensure timely delivery of beverages and supplies
* Safely handle and transport kegs, crates, and other beverage stock
* Work closely with the bar and catering teams to ensure smooth event operations
* Maintain cleanliness and organization in all work areas, including storage rooms and cellars
What We’re Looking For:
* Must be over 18 (due to the nature of handling alcohol and stock)
* No prior experience necessary, though logistics or stock management experience is a plus
* Ability to lift and transport heavy items (kegs, crates, etc.)
* Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
* Availability to work evenings and weekends
* A team player with a strong work ethic
